Campbell soup - beef ragout

Ingredients:
2 lbsBoneless sirlois steak
2 tbspShortening
2 canCream of mushroom soup
1/2 cupWater
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
6 medCarrots, cut in 2" pieces
8 smallWhole white onions
10 ozFrozen whole green beens
Cooked noodles
Procedures:
1Cut meat in 1 inch cubes.
2In large heavy pan, brown meat in shortening, pour off fat.
3Add remaining ingredients except beans and noodles.
4Cover; cook over low heat 45 minutes.
5Add beans; cook 15 minutes more or until done; stir occasionally.
6Thicken sauce if desired; serve over noodles.
