Campbell soup - beef roll ups

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsRound steak (? thick)
1 1/2 cupHerb-seasoned stuffing
(cooked per
Directions)
2 tbspShortening
1 canGolden mushroom soup or
Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cupWater
Parsley
Procedures:
1Cut steak into 6 pieces; pound with meat hammer or edge of heavy saucer.
2Place ?cup stuffing hear centre of each piece of meat.
3Roll up, tuck in ends, fasten with toothpicks or skewers.
4In frying pan brown roll ups in shortening, pour off fat.
5Stir in soup and water.
6Cover, cook over low heat 1-?hours or until tender.
7Stir occasionally.
8Garnish with parsley.
