Procedures:
| 1 | Cut steak into 6 pieces; pound with meat hammer or edge of heavy saucer. | | 2 | Place ?cup stuffing hear centre of each piece of meat. | | 3 | Roll up, tuck in ends, fasten with toothpicks or skewers. | | 4 | In frying pan brown roll ups in shortening, pour off fat. | | 5 | Stir in soup and water. | | 6 | Cover, cook over low heat 1-?hours or until tender. | | 7 | Stir occasionally. | | 8 | Garnish with parsley. | | 9 | Submitted by jane knox on 09-11-9 |
