Ingredients:
FROM A SMALL RESTAURANT
PENSIONNE IN VILLARS SUR
OLLON IN SWITZERLAND
1 Garlic to taste
1/2 lbsEmmentaler cheese
1/2 lbsGruyers cheese
1 cupDry white wine
3 tbspKirsch Wasser (a liquore)
1 tspPotato or corn starch
Procedures:
1Grate cheeses.
2Rub fondue pot with clove of garlic.
3Add wine to fondue pot and heat to near boiling.
4Stir in grated cheese.
5If mixture is thin, add potato/corn starch.
6(mix starch in a little water to avoid lumps).
7Add kirsch wasser just before serving
