Ingredients:
4 eachZucchini or yellow squash
1 eachSliced
1 eachLarge onion, chopped
3 tbspOil
1/4 tbspGarlic salt or
2 eachCloves garlic minced
4 ozCan chopped green chili
16 ozCan whole kernel corn
1 cupGrated cheddar cheese
Procedures:
1Saute" squash and onion in oil until barely tender.
2Add garlic salt (or fresh garlic), chilies, corn and cheese; mix well.
3Put in buttered 1-quart casserole and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes
