Ingredients:
2 tbspSalad oil
1 tbspWorcestershire
2 Egg whites
2 lbsUnsalted peanuts
3 To 5 T. cayenne pepper
Procedures:
1With salad oil, grease two 15x10x1" jelly roll pans.
2Preheat oven to 250.
3In a large bowl beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
4Fold in cayenne and worcestershire.
5Add peanuts and toss until evenly coated.
6Spread half the peanuts into each pan.
7Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
8Cool on wire rack
