Ingredients:
GUACAMOLE
2 largeRipe Avocados, Mashed
2 Finely Chopped Tomatoes
1 medChopped Onion
2 Jalapeno Peppers, Seeded And
- Finely Chopped
1 Finely Chopped Clove Garlic
2 tbspFinely Snipped Cilantro
1 tbspVegetable Oil
2 tbspFresh Lime Juice
1/2 tspSalt
1 dashPepper
FLAUTAS
1 cupCooked Chicken, Finely
- Chopped
12 Flour Tortillas
Vegetable Oil For Frying
Procedures:
1Guacamole: mix all ingredients in a glass or plastic bowl.
2Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3Flautas: spoon 1 tablespoon of the chicken across the bottom of each tortilla.
4Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks.
5Heat 1 inch of oil to 350 °F.
6Fry flautas, turning once, until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
7Drain on paper towels; remove wooden toothpicks.
8Serve with fresh guacamole
