Ingredients:
2 cupFlour
1/2 lbsCream cheese
2 ozGoose liver paste
1 tspSteak sauce
2 ozHam, ground
1 tspCatsup
1 xAnchovy paste
1 xCaviar
1/2 lbsButter
1 x*fillings:
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
1 x*or:
1 tspSteak sauce

Procedures:
1Work into the flour the butter and cream cheese.
2Chill thoroughly...
3Over night is not too long.
4Take pieces of dough and roll very thin, as quickly as possible.
5Cut with a round cookie cutter, size of a water glass or larger if desired.
6Mix together ingredients for one of the fillings.
7Spread on dough, fold over and bake at 400°F until brown.
8These may be shaped earlier and baked just before serving.
9Serve as an appetizer with beer, except the anchovy or caviar which should be served with cocktails.
10Make the anchovy and caviar appetizers somewhat smaller than the ones that are to be served with beer
