Ingredients:
1 largeSirloin Steak
2 largeGarlic Cloves
4 To 6 Medium Jalapeno Peppers
1 cupRed Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 cupWater
2 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
1 tspOregano
1 tspCumin
1 tspGround Red Chile
Procedures:
1In a blender or food processor, grind the jalapenos and peeled garlic to a pulp.
2Add all the other ingredients, except the meat, and blend well.
3Cut the meat into 1-inch cubes and place in a large bowl, and cover with the marinade.
4Marinate overnight or all day.
5Place the meat on skewers and cook on the grill over mesquite wood, basting frequently with the sauce.
6Serve with warm flour tortillas and plenty of mexican beer with lime slices
