Ingredients:

| cup | Slivered Almonds, Toasted | | 1
| cup | Onion, Finely Chopped | | 1
| | Clove Garlic, Crushed | | 2
| tbsp | Vegetable Oil | | 8
| oz | Tomato Sauce | | 2
| tsp | Paprika | | 1
| tsp | Red Chiles, Ground | | 1/4
| tsp | Red Pepper, Ground |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place almonds in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or in a blender container; cover and process until finely ground. | | 2 | Cook onion and garlic in oil over medium heat, stirring frequently, until onion is tender. | | 3 | Stir in remaining ingredients except almonds. | | 4 | Heat to boiling and reduce heat. | | 5 | Simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly. | | 6 | Stir in almonds. | | 7 | Serve hot. | | 8 | Makes about 1-?cups |
