2 tbspMargarine Or Butter
2 tbspVegetable Oil
3 Zucchini, Md., *
2 cupTomatoes, Chopped, 2 Md
20 ozHominy, Drained, 1 cn
2 tbspLime Juice
1 tbspChile Powder
1 tspSalt
1 dashPepper
Procedures:
1* cut the zucchini into ?inch pieces.
2Cook and stir the onion in the margarine and oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat until tender.
3Stir in the remaining ingredients and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini is tender, about 10 to 15 minutes
