Ingredients:
1 lbsGround beef
1 Green pepper, medium, diced
1 Onion, small, diced
2 cupWater
1 canTomato paste(6oz)
2 packPimientos(2oz jar)
1 packEnchilada-sauce mix(1 ½oz)
1 packZiti macaroni(16oz)
Procedures:
1Drain and dice pimientos.
2In 12" skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, green pepper, and onion, stirring occasionally, until meat is browned and pepper and onion are tender.
3Stir in water, tomato paste, pimientos, and sauce mix; over high heat, heat to boiling.
4Reduce heat to low; cover; simmer 15 minutes.
5Meanwhile, prepare ziti as label directs.
6Drain.
7Serve meat sauce over ziti
