Ingredients:
3/4 cupWater
3 cupBread Flour
2 tbspSugar
1 1/2 tspSalt
2 tbspMargarine or Oil
1/2 cupShredded Swiss Cheese
1/3 cupCreamed Cottage Cheese
3 tbspGrated Parmesan Cheese
2 tspRegular Active Yeast
Procedures:
1Place ingrediants in bread pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2Don"t use the delayed timer cycle since the cheese may spoil.
3Bake on light crust.
4Note: due the differing moisture content of cheese, you may need to watch the dough ball to determine if it is too moist or too dry
