Ingredients:
FOR 1-?LB. LOAF
1 packYeast
1/8 tspGinger
2 1/2 cupBread flour
1 1/4 cupWhole wheat flour
1/2 cupWheat germ
1 tspSalt
3 tbspHoney
1 canEvaporated milk (12 oz.)
2 tbspSalad oil
1/2 cupCracked wheat
1/2 cupBoiling water
Procedures:
1Put dry ingredients in first.
2Cover the ?cup cracked wheat with boiling water, stir, and let cool.
3Then add cooled cracked wheat, select white bread and push start.
4Note: cracked wheat is available in health food stores
