1 packYeast
2 cupRye flour
2 cupBread flour
2 tbspNonfat dry milk powder
1 tbspSugar
1 tspSalt
1 tbspHoney
1 tbspMargerine
1 tspGround allspice (optional)
1 tbspCaraway seeds (optional)
1 1/2 cupWarm water
Procedures:
1Add all ingredients listed above, select white bread and push start.
2Note: caraway seeds and allspice may be added to make an unusual spicy rye, or omit them for a good conventional rye
