| 1 | Place first 3 ingredients inside the bread pan. |
| 2 | Add water. |
| 3 | Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder. |
| 4 | Select: basic dough mode. |
| 5 | Press start. |
| 6 | (breadmaker completes the basic dough mode 2 hours and 25 minutes later) Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. |
| 7 | Roll each portion into a ball. |
| 8 | Place on a lightly floured surface. |
| 9 | Cover with a plastic wrap and rest for 20 minutes. |

| 11 | Place on a greased baking pan. |
