Ingredients:
1 cupWhole wheat flour (5 ?oz)
1 cupBread flour (4 7/10 oz)
2 tbspTriticale flour *
2 tbspSoy flour
1 tbspOats
2 tbspToasted bran
1 tbspCracked wheat cereal
1 tspMillet flour
1 tspFlax seeds
1 tspCornmeal
1 tbspDry milk
1 tspSalt
1 tbspButter
1 tbspMolasses
1 cupWater
1 tspDry yeast
Procedures:
1* if triticale flour is unavailable, use 1 tb all purpose flour and 1 tb rye flour.
2Place all ingredients (except liquids and yeast) inside the bread pan.
3Add liquid ingredients.
4Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder.
5Select: whole wheat bake mode.
6Press start.
