Ingredients:

1 1/4 cupWater
1 1/2 cupBread flour
1 1/2 cupWhole wheat flour
2 tbspSugar
2 tbspDry milk
2 tbspMargerine or butter
1 1/2 tspSalt
1 1/2 tspDried basil leaves
1 tspDried thyme leaves
2 tspYeast
1/2 cupDry roasted sunflower nuts
2 POUND LOAF
1 1/2 cupWater
2 cupBread flour
2 cupWhole wheat flour
2 tbspSugar
2 tbspDry milk
2 tbspMargerine or butter
2 tspSalt
2 tspDried basil leaves
1 tspDried thyme leaves
2 tspYeast*
2/3 cupDry roasted sunflower nuts
Procedures:
1Place all ingredients in the pan except the sunflower nuts.
2Add the sunflower nuts at the raisin/nut cycle or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle.
3Select basic/white cycle and use medium or light crust colour.
4Yeast amount is correct though proportionately less than called for in the 1 ?pound recip
