1/2 cupMashed Potato Flakes, or buds
3 cupBread Flour + 2 Tbs
1 1/2 tbspSalt
2 tbspSugar
5 ozWarm Water
2 Eggs
4 ozWarm Milk
1 tbspButter
1 LB LOAF
1 tbspActive Dry Yeast
1/4 cupMashed Potato Flakes, or buds
2 cupBread Flour + 2 Tbs
1 tbspSalt
1 1/2 tbspSugar
3 ozWarm Water
1 Egg
3 ozWarm Milk
1/2 tbspButter
Procedures:
1Put ingredients in pan in the order suggested by mfg.
2Notes: this bread was originally made with real mashed potatoes.
3For the sake of simplicity, i developed a recipe using mashed-potato flakes.
4It retains the excellent flavor and light-yellowish color of the original.
5For panasonic/national machines, use 3 tsp of yeast for 1 ?: lb loaf.
6For toastmaster machine use setting # 3, basic (light)
