Put ingredients in pan in the order suggested by mfg.

Notes: this bread was originally made with real mashed potatoes.

For the sake of simplicity, i developed a recipe using mashed-potato flakes.

It retains the excellent flavor and light-yellowish color of the original.

For panasonic/national machines, use 3 tsp of yeast for 1 ?: lb loaf.
