Ingredients:
1 1/4 cupMilk
3 tbspButter (unsalted)
6 tbspBrown sugar
2 1/4 tspActive dry yeast
2 2/3 cupBread flour
3/4 cupRye flour
1 1/2 tspSalt
2 tspGinger (ground)
3/4 tspCinnamon (ground)
1/4 tspNutmeg (grated)
1/4 tspCloves (ground)
Procedures:
1Note: 6 servings for large (1.5 lb) loaf, change to 4 servings for medium or 3 servings for small loaves.
2Scald the milk.
3Stir in butter and brown sugar.
4Let cool to room temperature.
5Add the milk mixture and remaining ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and use the basic bread cycle.
