Procedures:

Make a sponge with all ingredients using only half of the flour.

Mix on low for 10 min.knead in remaining flour.

Allow to rise twice and press onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Brush top with olive oil.

Top with chopped garlic.

Sprinkle with rosemary and coarse salt.

Let rise again.

Bake 375 °F for 30 min
