Ingredients:
2 cupWater, tepid
2 packQuick Yeast
2 tbspSugar
4 tbspOlive Oil
1/2 cupSalad oil
5 1/2 cupFlour
1 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Make a sponge with all ingredients using only half of the flour.
2Mix on low for 10 min.knead in remaining flour.
3Allow to rise twice and press onto ungreased cookie sheet.
4Brush top with olive oil.
5Top with chopped garlic.
6Sprinkle with rosemary and coarse salt.
7Let rise again.
8Bake 375 °F for 30 min
