Ingredients:
10 lbsBoneless Boston Pork Roast
3/4 cupChoppped Garlic
1 tbspChopped Parsley
2 tbspSteak Sauce (Lea & Perrins)
1 xSeasoned Salt (Dry Rub)
3 tbspBrown Sugar
1 cupChopped Onion
1/2 cupTiger Sauce
1/2 cupWorcestershire Sauce
2 1/2 tbspDry Mustard
6 ozTomato Paste
Procedures:
1Marinade: combine chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped parsley with the tiger sauce worchestershire sauce, steak sauce and dry mustard.
2Mix well.
3Make slits into roast and rub sauce well into and over the roast (a baste- ing syringe works well to place suace into slits).
4Allow to sit in the refrigerator for 6 hours (or overnight).
5Tomato sauce: mix tomato paste and the brown sugar very well and set aside.
6Cook roast in a covered grill until the internal temperature of the roast is 170 degress.
7Brush with tomato sauce when done and serve.
8Note: tiger sauce is a brand name of sweetened hot sauce
