Ingredients:
2 1/4 cupBread flour
3 tbspSugar
2 tbspDry milk
1 tspSalt
2 1/2 tbspButter
3/5 cupWater (5 fl.oz)
1 tspDry yeast
TOPPINGS:
1 Egg

3/4 tbspPoppy seeds, (optional
-for sprinkling on top)
3/4 tbspSesame seeds, (optional
-for sprinkling on top)
Procedures:
1Place first 5 ingredients inside the bread pan.
2Add liquid ingredients.
3Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder.
4Select: basic dough mode.
5Press start.
6(breadmaker completes the basic dough mode (2 hours and 25 minutes later) Divide the dough into 12 equal portions.
7Roll each portions into a ball.
8Cover with a plastic wrap and rest for 20 minutes. 3
