Medallions of pork with riesling sauce

Ingredients:
12 ozPork tenderloin, cut in 1"
- rounds
Flour
4 tbspUnsalted butter
1 Onion, thinly sliced
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cupDry riesling wine
1/2 cupRaisins
3 tbspBalsamic vinegar
1 tbspGreen peppercorns, drained
1/2 tspDried thyme, crumbled
1/2 tspDried oregano, crumbled
1/4 cupUnsalted butter, chilled
- cut in pieces
1/4 cupPine nuts, toasted
Procedures:
1Season pork with salt and pepper.
2Coat in flour; shake off excess.
3Melt 2 tbls butter in heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
4Add onion and garlic and saute until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
5Transfer mixture to bowl.
6Melt remaining 2 tbls butter in same skillet over medium-high heat.
7Add pork and saute about 4 minutes per side.
8Transfer pork to plate; tent with foil to keep warm.
9Add onion mixture, wine, green peppercorns and herbs to same skillet and boil until sauce thickens, about 4 minutes.
10Add pork to skillet and heat through.
11Divide pork among plates.
12Add ?cup chilled butter to sauce in skillet and whisk just until melted.
13Mix in pine nuts.
14Spoon sauce over pork and serve
