Ingredients:
2 1/4 cupBread flour
1 1/2 tbspSugar
1 tbspDry milk
1 tspSalt
6 tbspButter
3 largeEggs
1/4 cupWater
2 tspDry yeast
1 Egg, beaten for brushing

Procedures:
1Place first 5 ingredients inside the bread pan.
2Add eggs and water.
3Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder.
4Select: basic dough mode.
5Press start.
6(breadmaker completes the basic dough mode 2 hours and 25 minutes later) Place dough in greased bowl.
7Cover.
8Rest the dough in fridge for 30 minutes.
9Divide dough into 8 equal portions.
10Roll each portion into a ball.
11Cover with a plastic wrap and rest for 20 minutes.
12Using edge of the hand, pinch off about žth of the dough without detaching it.
13Roll the dough on the bench so that both parts are round.
14Place the dough in the tin large-end first.
15With fingertips, press the small ball around its circumference into the large one.
16Place tins on baking pan.
17(could use muffin tins???) spray water on top.
18Proof at 90 °F for 30 to 50 minutes or until the larger ball rises above the tin.
19Brush with beaten egg.
20Bake in 350 deg.
21Oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown
