Ingredients:
**For the 1-?lb. loaf**
1/2 cupWater
1/2 cupMilk (add 2 tbsp. more water
-for DAK/Welbilt mach)
1 Egg
3 cupBread flour
3 tbspWheat germ or bran
2 tbspInstant potato flakes
1 1/2 tspSalt
1 1/2 tbspOil
3 tbspSugar
1 1/2 tspRed star yeast (2 tsp. for
-Dak/Welbilt, 3 tsp for
-Panasonic/Nat'l)
Procedures:
1Place all ingredients in pan, select light crust and press start.

3Note: this bread slices well and stays fairly moist, although mine doesn"t last long.
4I think the potato flakes help to make it moist.
