Ingredients:

| lbs | Ground beef | | 2
| cup | Long-grain rice | | 2
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 2
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| | Onion -- finely diced | | 1
| large | Head cabbage |

Procedures:
| 1 | Boil cabbage until leaves are soft. | | 2 | Cool. | | 3 | Save the boiling liquid. | | 4 | Mix the rest of the ingredients well. | | 5 | Divide mixture into several cabbage leaves. | | 6 | Place in a large pot. | | 7 | Cover cabbage rolls with a mixture of canned tomatoes, tomato sauce and the boiling liquid from the cabbage. | | 8 | Be sure the liquid comes above all cabbage rolls. | | 9 | Cover rolls and liquid with extra cabbage leaves. | | 10 | Cover pot and bake at 350 °F for 1 ?to 2 hours |
