Holiday appetizer quiche

Ingredients:
CRUST
1 1/2 cupButter cracker
2/3 cupCrisco
1 1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
FILLING
SNIPPED FRESH
1 cupWhipping cream
1 cupHalf and half
1 tbspSalt
1/4 tbspPepper
5 Egg
2 cupSwiss cheese
1 Pimientos
3/4 cupGreen onions including tops
2/3 cupHam
Sausage
Bacon
Procedures:
1Crust: combine flour and cracker crumbs.
2Cut in crisco until mixture resembles coarse oatmeal.
3Sprinkle with ?cup water, a tb at a time.
4Toss with a fork until crumbs are completely moistened.
5Press mixture into bottom of ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan.
6Prick crust with fork.
7Filling: sprinkle swiss cheese, ham, onions, parsley and pimentos evenly over crust.
8Beat eggs, cream, half anf half, salt and pepper.
9Pour over filled crust.
10Bake at 400 degrees in preheated oven for 25- 30 minutes or until set.
11Cool 5-10 minutes.
12Cut into 1 ½x2-inch pieces.
13Serve warm.
14Note: crust may bubble during baking and need to be pricked with fork again
