| 1 | Crust: combine flour and cracker crumbs. |
| 2 | Cut in crisco until mixture resembles coarse oatmeal. |
| 3 | Sprinkle with ?cup water, a tb at a time. |
| 4 | Toss with a fork until crumbs are completely moistened. |
| 5 | Press mixture into bottom of ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan. |
| 6 | Prick crust with fork. |
| 7 | Filling: sprinkle swiss cheese, ham, onions, parsley and pimentos evenly over crust. |
| 8 | Beat eggs, cream, half anf half, salt and pepper. |
| 9 | Pour over filled crust. |
| 10 | Bake at 400 degrees in preheated oven for 25- 30 minutes or until set. |
| 11 | Cool 5-10 minutes. |
| 12 | Cut into 1 ½x2-inch pieces. |
| 13 | Serve warm. |
| 14 | Note: crust may bubble during baking and need to be pricked with fork again |
