| 8 | Cover biscuit and beef mixture with another flattened biscuit; pinching edges together. |
| 9 | Bake about 15 minutes at 400°F or until biscuits are a light golden brown. |
| 10 | Variation: fit one flattened biscuit into a muffin pan, pulling the biscuits up the side and forming them into a cup. |
| 11 | Spoon in the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese. |
| 12 | Fold top of biscuits over if desired. |
