Ingredients:

| cup | Chocolate chips | | 1/4
| cup | Margarine | | 2
| cup | Biscuit baking mix | | 1
| can | Sweetened condensed milk | | 1
| | Eggs, beaten | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | In large saucepan, over low heat, melt 1 cup chips with margarine; remove from heat. | | 3 | Add biscuit mix, condensed milk, egg and vanilla. | | 4 | Stir in remaining chips. | | 5 | Turn into well-greased 13x9" pan. | | 6 | Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. | | 7 | Cool. | | 8 | Garnish as desired. | | 9 | Cut into bars |
