Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 cupSugar
1/2 cupMelted butter
4 tbspBourbon
1/4 cupCorn starch
1 cupChopped pecans (coarsely)
1 cupChocolate chips
4 ozWhipping cream
1 9 inch pie shell
Procedures:
1Beat eggs gradually, add sugar.
2Add butter and bourbon and mix well.
3Blend in corn starch.
4Stir in nuts and choc.
5Chips.
6Pour into unbaked shell.
7Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 50 minutes.
8Serve warm with whipped cream
