Ingredients:
20 ozSpinach (frozen)
-chopped
2 cupHerb stuffing mix
3/4 cupParmesan cheese
-grated
1 tspGarlic, finely minced
1 medOnion, finely chopped
3 Eggs, beaten
1/4 lbsButter, melted
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350 °F.
2Thaw spinach and remove excess liquid.
3Add remaining ingredients (stuffing mix, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, eggs and butter) and mix well.
4Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
5Bake for 15 minutes at 350 °F.
