Ingredients:
12 Eggs, hard boiled
2 tbspPimentos, finely chopped
1/2 cupGarlic & Herb cheese spread
1/4 cupDijon mustard
1/4 cupMayonnaise
Scallions, sliced for
- garnish
1/4 cupScallions, finely chopped
Procedures:
1Halve eggs lengthwise.
2Scoop out yolks into a large bowl; set egg white halves aside.
3Mash yolks; blend in cheese spread, mayonnaise, scallions, pimentos and mustard until smooth.
4Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves.
5Garnish with sliced scallions and serve.
