Ingredients:
2 eachAvocados, mashed
2 packTaco Seasonings (Ortega)
3 eachChopped Tomatoes
1 eachBunch chopped scallions
1 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspMayonaise
1 cupSour Cream
1 cupMayonnaise
3/4 cupMonterey Jack Cheese
3/4 cupSharp Cheddar Cheese
1 canSliced Black Olives
Procedures:
1Shred cheese and mix together.
2Mash avacados with 1 tbs lemon juice and 1 tbs mayonaise.
3Mix taxo mix with sour cream and 1 c. mayonaise.
4Mix cheddar and monterey jack cheeses together.
5Put in layers, starting at bottom of dish.
6Serves 20.
7Recipe may be halved.
8Serve in a flat dish, such as a 9" pie plate
