Ingredients:
2 Avocados -- mashed
1 tbspLemon juice
2 Tomatoes -- peel and chop
1 cupOnions -- chopped
1 tspSeasoned salt
1/2 tspLemon pepper
2 tbspBlack olives -- chopped
1 tbspGreen chili peppers --
Chopped
1 tbspFresh cilantro -- chopped
Procedures:
1Mash the ripe avocado, add lemon juice and blend.
2Peel, chop and drain the tomatoes.
3Add along with remaining ingredients to the avocado mixture; blend.
4Cover and chill.
5Serve over chicken enchiladas or as a sauce over any mexican-style chicken, beef, or cheese dish.
6Also serve with tortilla chips as a dip.
7Can be kept in refrigerator up to 24 hours if covered very tightly
