Ingredients:
1 Basket cherry tomatoes
1 largeRipe avocado
4 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspFinely chopped onion
1 Clove garlic, minced
1/2 tbspSalt
6 Strips bacon, opt.
Procedures:
1Remove stems from tomatoes.
2Cut each in half crosswise.
3Scoop out &discard seed pockets.
4Lay, cut side down, on paper towels for about 30minutes.peel & remove pit from avocado, in small bowl, mash avocado coarselywith fork.
5Stir in lemon juices finely chopped onion, garlic & saltuntil blended.with two spoons, pile about 1 t of filling into each tomato half.
