Grilled shrimp w/ chipotle honey salsa

Ingredients:
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 smallJalapeno pepper, seeded
And minced
4 tbspCilantro, chopped
1 tbspCoarse salt
1/4 tspBlack pepper
1 tbspFresh lime juice
1/2 cupOlive oil
16 Jumbo shrimp, peeled and
Deveined
1 1/4 cupChipotle honey salsa
CHIPOTLE HONEY SALSA
3 1/2 ozCan pickled chipotle
1/2 cupWater
1 Can tomato paste (6oz)
2/3 cupHoney
1 bn Cilantro, chopped
1 tbspFresh lime juice
Procedures:
1In food processor or blender, combine garlic, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, salt, pepper, lime juice and oil; process until smooth.
2Pour over shrimp in shallow dish, marinate 1 hour.
3Cook marinated shrimp over hot grill, approximately 2 minutes on each side, until shrimp is slightly opaque in center.
4Serve warm with chipotle salsa.
5Salsa: combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; blend until smooth.
6Serve chilled.
7Will keep 1 week, refrigerated
