| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| tbsp | Ginger, grated | | 12
| | Skewers | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper, red, crushed | | 1/2
| tsp | Thyme, dried |

Procedures:
| 1 | Soak bamboo skewers 1 hour before using. | | 2 | Devein shrimp with scissors leaving shell intact. | | 3 | Mix all ingredients except shrimp until blended. | | 4 | Ad shrimp and marinate 30 minutes at room temper- ature or overnight in refrigerator. | | 5 | Drain and discard marinade. | | 6 | Thread shrimp on 2 parallel skewers. | | 7 | Cook 1-?to 2 minutes per side |
