1 cupUncooked Rice
2 canCream Of Mushroom Soup
1 bunchGreen Onions -- sliced
3/4 cupCelery -- sliced
1 lbsBag
4 tbspDiet Margarine -- (melted)
8 ozShredded Cheese -- (Velveeta

Broccoli -- chopped
Procedures:
1Combine rice and melted margarine.
2Add onions, cheese, celery, broccoli (frozen) and soup.
3Stir to mix.
4Place in 2 qt casserole and bake at 350 °F for 1 hour or until rice is cooked (cover while baking).
