Ingredients:

| tsp | Garlic chopped | | 2
| each | Dried red chilies, soaked | | | -- seeded & chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 1
| each | Lemon, juiced | | 3
| cup | Papaya, unripe, grated | | 1/2
| lbs | Green beans, julienned | | | GARNISH | | 1/4
| lbs | Cherry tomatoes | | 4
| tbsp | Peanuts, chopped | | | Cabbage leaves, torn |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a mortar, pound the garlic, chilies & suagr into a paste. | | 2 | Mix in the soy sauce & lemon juice. | | 3 | Mix the papaya, beans & refrigerate until ready to serve. | | 4 | At serving time, pour on the dressing & sprinkle the peanuts & cherry tomatoes over the top. | | 5 | Serve with chunks of raw cabbage leaves |
