Green & red pepper tapas

Ingredients:
2 largeGreen bell peppers
2 largeRed bell peppers
1/4 cupOlive oil
6 ea Garlic cloves, sliced
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400°F.
2Roast the peppers on a baking sheet for 15 minutes.
3Turn them over & bake them for another 10 minutes.
4Remove from the oven & wrap them separately in a paper bag.
5Set aside to cool.
6When cool enough to handle, peel the skin off each pepper & remove the seeds.
7Slice into 1 cm strips.
8Heat the oil in a skillet over low heat.
9Add the garlic slices.
10When it is golden brown, add the pepper strips.
11Saute for 5 to 7 minutes, shaking the skillet occasionally.
12Serve warm or cold with sangria.
13Variation: replace the red bell peppers with orange bell peppers.
