Ingredients:

| cup | Fresh green beans | | 1
| small | Onion, sliced | | 2
| tbsp | Oil | | 1
| tbsp | White wine vinegar | | 1
| tsp | Dijon mustard | | 2
| each | Galic cloves, pressed | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tbsp | Fresh mint, optional |

Procedures:
