Green bean salad

Ingredients:
2 cupFresh green beans
1 smallOnion, sliced
2 tbspOil
1 tbspWhite wine vinegar
1 tspDijon mustard
2 eachGalic cloves, pressed
1/2 tspSalt
1 tbspFresh mint, optional
Procedures:
1Wash the beans, cut off the ends & break in half.
2Steam them for a few minutes, but do not let them lose their crunchiness.
3Drain.
4Place in a salad bowl with the onions.
5Combine the rest of the ingredients in a jar & shake well.
6Pour over the beans.
7Serve either hot or cold.
