Burger-stuffed tomatoes

Ingredients:
4 medFresh Tomatoes
8 ozGround lean beef
2 tbspKetchup
1 tspPrepared mustard
1 tbspSweet pickle relish (opt)
1/4 tspSalt
2 sliceAmerican process cheese

Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Cut a ? thick slice from bottom of each tomato; reserve slices.
3Using a small spoon scoop out pulp from tomatoes, leaving ? thick shells; set aside.
4Coarsely chop pulp and four reserved slices; set aside.
5In a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat cook beef, stirring frequently until brown, 4 to 5 minutes.
6Add ketchup, mustard, relish, salt and reserved tomato pulp.
7Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until mixture has thickened, 8 to 10 minutes.
8Spoon meat mixture into reserved tomato shells; top each with 2 pieces of cheese.
9On a shallow baking sheet place stuffed tomatoes; bake until heated through and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
