| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 2
| | Egg yolks | | 1
| tsp | Butter | | 1
| | Nilla Wafer pie crust | | 2
| | Egg whites | | 1
| tbsp | Knotts Berry Farm | | | -Boysenberry Syrup |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine syrup, water, and corstarch and bring to a boil, stirring until thick. | | 2 | Remove from heat. | | 3 | Beat egg yolks, add a bit of the hot syrup mixture to the yolks, whisking constantly. | | 4 | Add the yolk mixture to the hot syrup and reheat until pudding consistency. | | 5 | Add the butter, and stir until melted. | | 6 | Cool slightly. | | 7 | Pour into pie crust. | | 8 | Beat egg whites stiff, adding slowly the tablespoon of syrup. | | 9 | If soft peaks do not form, add a little more syrup. | | 10 | Pile on pie and place in 400°F oven until peaks have browned. |
