Creamy seafood pasta salad

Ingredients:
12 ozMedium shell pasta
1 lbsMixed seafood(scallops, squid
Shrimp, and/or firm white
Fish fillets) cut into 2"
Pieces
1 1/2 cupDiced sweet red peppers
1 cupDiced sweet green peppers
3/4 cupDiced red onions
3/4 cupThinely sliced carrots
1/2 cupChopped green onions
DRESSING
1 cup2% yogurt
1/3 cupLight mayonnaise
1/2 cupChopped fresh dill or
1 ˝tbsp dried
2 tbspLemon juice
2 tspCrushed garlic
1 tspDijon mustard
Procedures:
1Cook pasta in boiling water according to package instructions or until firm to the bite.
2Rinse with cold water.
3Drain and place in serving bowl.
4In medium nonstick skillet sprayed with vegetable spray, saute seafood just untill cooked, approximately 3 minutes.
5Set aside.
6Add red and green peppers, onions, carrots and green onions to pasta.
7Add seafood.
8Make the dressing: in small bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, garlic and mustard.
9Pour over pasta.
10Toss and chill tips: firm fish filets can be used with or instead of mxed seafood.
11Be careful not to over cool.
12Grilled fish instead of sauteed makes an excellent variation.
13Make ahead>>pasta salad and dressing can be prepared early in day.
14Do not toss untill ready to serve
