Cooked tomato & green pepper salad

Ingredients:
6 tbspOlive oil
3 largeGreen bell peppers, halved
6 largeTomatoes
1 ea Garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 tspCumin
1/8 tspHot red pepper
Salt & pepper
Juice of ?lemon
Procedures:
1Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
2Saute the halved peppers until soft & just beginning to change colour.
3Halve the tomatoes & gently squeeze out the seeds & juices.
4Place cut side up in the skillet & continue to cook, shaking the skillet from time to time.
5Turn the peppers occasionally.
6Cook until the tomatoes are cooked through.
7Transfer peppers & tomatoes to a serving dish.
8Pour off half the olive oil & return skllet to the heat.
9Add garlic & saute at a high heat for 1 minute.
10Remove from heat & season with remaining ingredients.
11Spoon this sauce over the vegetables.
12Serve warm or cold
