Ingredients:
1 lbsSausage meat
1/2 Onion chopped
2 cupCooked chopped cabbage
Salt to taste
2 cupWhite sauce
Procedures:
1In frypan cook sausage meat until no pink remains.
2Transfer to bowl.
3Add onion to drippings in fry pan and cook till tender.
4Mix into meat.
5Spread meat mixture in bottom of casserole, cover with the cooked cabbage, salt to taste and then pour white sauce over, bake for 30 -40 minutes in 350 oven or until bubbling hot
