Masala coffee (spiced coffee)

Ingredients:
3 cupMilk
3 cupWater
1 ea Cinnamon stick (1-in long)
5 ea Cardamom pods
6 tbspSugar
6 tbspCoffee, regular grind
Procedures:
1Combine water and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2Add cinnamon, cardamom pods, sugar and coffee into boiling liquid in saucepan.
3Stir a few times and boil over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes.
4Make sure it does not boil over.
5Strain coffee through cheesecloth into another pan.
6Place coffee over heat and bring to a boil.
7Pour coffee between two pans until thick and creamy.
8Serve in cups immediately
