Cold stuffed tomatoes

Ingredients:
6 largeTomatoes
Salt
1/3 cupCucumber, finely diced
1/3 cupOnion, grated
1/3 cupGreen pepper, chopped
1/3 cupCelery, chopped
1/3 cupCabbage, finely shredded
1/2 tspSalt
Ds Pepper
1/3 cupMayonnaise
Ds Hot sauce
Ds Curry powder
Lettuce leaves
Procedures:
1Wash tomatoes; place in boiling water 1 minute.
2Drain and immediately plunge into cold water.
3Gently remove skins.
4With stem end up, cut each tomato into 4 wedges, cutting to, but not through base of tomato.
5Spread wedges slightly apart.
6Sprinkle inside of shells with salt.
7Cover and chill 1-?hours.
8Combine next 7 ingredients; cover and chill.
9To serve, spoon filling into shells.
10Combine mayonnaise with hot sauce and curry powder.
11Top each tomato with a dollop of mayonnaise mixture.
12Serve on lettuce leaves.
