Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsTOP SIRLOIN STEAK
1 tspGARLIC SALT
1/2 tspSALT
2 tbspLEMON JUICE, DIVIDED
2 tspOIL, DIVIDED
1 tspDRIED OREGANO LEAVES
1/8 tspGROUND PEPPER
1 xSMALL GREEN PEPPER
1 xSMALL RED PEPPER
1 xSMALL BANANA PEPPER
2 tbspCHOPPED ONIONS
1/2 tspPARSLY
Procedures:
1Combine garlic salt, regular salt, one tbsp lemon juice, one tsp of oil oregano and ground pepper; rub on meat on both sides.
2Place meat in covered dish; marinate for 2 to 4 hours.
3Meanwhile place each pepper in microwave and cook for 3 minutes on high heat.
4Remove for microwave with a fork and place in plastic bag for 20 minutes.
5Skins will peel off.
6If some skin is hard peel, leave it on.
7Remove seeds and dice the peppers.
8Combine peppers and onions with one tsbp oil, one tsbp lemon and salt to taste.
9Cover tightly and let stand at room temperature, one to two hours.
10When ready to cook meat, place steak on broiler pan rack, so meat is about 4 inches for heat.
11Broil for 10 minutes on each side.
12Carve into thin slices to serve.
13Serve with broiled potato stick
