Ingredients:

| slice | Round cheese bread | | | Butter | | 2
| large | Ripe tomato slices | | 2
| tbsp | Fresh chives, chopped | | 2
| slice | Cheddar, mozzarella or Swiss | | | -cheese* | | | Salt and pepper, to taste |

Procedures:
